Welcome to ‘because it’s the Law’ coaching tips for agility and stamina. Law has been coaching the Vixens for about a year and her creative coaching methods have really helped our team so we thought we would share some of our drills with you. Hopefully the following posts will help with your derby fitness and agility and we’ll try to update with a new drill once a month!
